1. Information We Collect

When you connect FarmIQ to third-party services (QuickBooks Online, John Deere Operations Center, CNH Industrial, etc.), we access only the data necessary to provide the features you request, such as customer lists, invoices, field boundaries, and as-applied data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate reports (FSA acreage, yield, spray audits)
• Create and manage invoices
• Manage field boundaries and prescriptions
• Provide data visualizations and analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or agricultural data with any third party.

3. Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted server-side sessions and expire automatically. Locally cached data is stored on secured servers and is not accessible to other users.

4. Third-Party Services

FarmIQ integrates with third-party APIs including Intuit QuickBooks, John Deere, CNH Industrial, and others. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data on their platform. FarmIQ only accesses data you explicitly authorize through OAuth consent screens.

5. Your Rights

You may disconnect any integration at any time, revoking FarmIQ's access to that service. You may request deletion of any locally stored data by contacting us.
